Design Notes
The DNA encoding the TorA signal sequence contains no illegal restriction sites with respect to standard RFC[10]. It has a single HpaI site (gtt/aac) starting at position 95.
Source
The sequence was amplified from E. coli K-12 (MG1655) genomic DNA.
